Research On The Problem Of The Information Disclosure Of Chinese Listed Companies

In December 2015,the State Council issued the "State Council comments on accelerating the intellectual property power construction under the new situation",clearly advancing the "speed up the implementation of intellectual property information disclosure system of listed companies".As a company's core assets,intellectual property manifests the core competitiveness of enterprises.The information disclosure of listed companies can improve the competitiveness of enterprises and attract outside investment.But in practice,"patent incident" exposed the frequent weakness of listed companies' intellectual property management,imperfect stock market regulations,and other problems.In order to standardize intellectual property information disclosure of listed companies,it is urgent to strengthen the related issue research.This paper,using literature,empirical research and comparative analysis methods,reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad,defines intellectual property rights,information disclosure and intellectual property information disclosure,and discusses the efficient market theory,asymmetric information theory and signal transmission theory as the paper's theoretical support.In the review,it will become apparent that the regulatory system is not perfect.This paper will review the content of the intellectual property information disclosure system of Chinese listed companies,analyze the Chinese intellectual property information disclosure regulation system,present an empirical study of the disclosure of status quo information of intellectual property rights to explore questions of information disclosure problems of the listed companies.Based on this material,it will be shown that the rule of the intellectual property information disclosure,the regulatory system,agency service and the companies' own internal governance mechanisms are not perfect.Based on the problems of the information disclosure of Chinese listed companies,the paper will provide references and suggestions for solving problems of China's intellectual property information disclosure of listed companies,help standardize the intellectual property information disclosure of listed companies,improve the level of listed companies' intellectual property information disclosure and boost China's innovation economy.
