Construction Of Harmonious Party-masses Relationship In The New Period

The harmonious party-masses relationship has always been the core task of the party's governing work and important guarantee for all other works and historical missions.Since the establishment of PRC,especially the last 30 years since the reform and opening up,significant changes have occurred in the country's social structure,interest pattern and ideological concept.According to the contradictions between different social strata in the new period,the party central committee ordered leaders at all levels to improve their abilities of interest integration and do actual effect in the mass work according to the new features of the contradictions among the people.Since the support and approval have been affected by incidents like corruption and degeneration of some party members and livelihood problems of the vulnerable groups,the flesh and blood contact between the party and the people has been estranged.Aiming at these problems,the theoretical origin of party-masses relationship was summarized,the current situation and problems of the party-masses relationship were analyzed,and some reasonable suggestions were given.By further rectifying the party's working style and summarizing experience of the mass work,the aim of serving the people wholeheartedly will be realized and the interest of the people will be safeguarded.Some opinions were given on the following five aspects: implementation of Scientific Development View,governing for the people,enhancing democracy construction,party style construction,and improving the party's ability of interest integration.
