Research On Existing Problems And Solutions About The Response Of Dongguan Internet Public Sentiment Involving The Police

The first stage is the passive coping stage, Department of publicity of DG Public security organs is the main department to deal with the negative public opinion, mostly based on the working mode of media relation and information control; The second stage is the active response stage, DG Public security organ has been changing their manner of working gradually by enhancing the information disclosure work and proactively respond to the appeal and supervision of netizens. The third stage is the positive guidance stage, on one hand the DG Public security organs has issued relevant SOP to regulate the working procedure of the internet sentiment involving the police response, one the other hand they also enhance the training work and establish a professional contingent with strong network knowledge and ability to handle the cases related to the internet sentiment involving the police targetedly.In 2014, CCTV has reported the DG sex industry scandal which has triggered strong concern of public sentiment and heated discussion among netizens.
