The Research Of Network Public Sentiment Involving Police Inthe New Media Era

As mobile internet developed rapidly in the past years,kinds of new media,such as WeChat,microblog and broadcaster software,also integrate into people's everyday life,and become the main channel for people to socialize and communicate.New media make it convenient for people to get and share information,but they also make it easier for public sentiment to spread.Negative network public sentiment involving police is not only harmful to police,but also endanger the social harmony and stability.Guangzhou is located in the forefront of reform and opening up,adjacent to Hong Kong and Macao,is an important city of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area,plays an important role in the economic,social and cultural development of our country,the prosperity and stability of this region is of great importance.It is of theoretical and practical significance to study the effective response of Guangzhou public security organs to the network public opinion of the police in the new media era.This paper takes the public opinion response of public security organs as the research object,adopts the methods of literature research,case study,interview and so on,and on the basis of defining the relevant core concepts,adopts the theory of crisis management and the theory of opinion leader.Under the guidance of the theory of attitude change,this paper expounds the present situation of Guangzhou public security organs dealing with the network public opinion of the police,and sums up that the overall attention to the public opinion of the police network public opinion is not enough,the source prevention is insufficient,and the coping skills are lack.The working mechanism is not perfect,the construction of network position is slow and so on,and the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of working concept,system construction,standardization of law enforcement,influence of new media and so on.The paper aims at the problem of The existing problems of police network public opinion put forward four countermeasures: first,at the conceptual level,firmly establish three consciousness,that is,strengthen the public opinion risk consciousness,establish the self-restraint consciousness,deepen the starting point solution consciousness;Second,at the institutional level,improve the construction of supporting systems,including standardizingthe behavior of law enforcement subjects,strengthening the image of public security,purifying the management of the network environment,and so on;Third,at the main level,strengthen the soft and hard infrastructure,mainly to strengthen the construction of personnel,follow up the upgrading of supporting facilities,strengthen the construction of network self-media;Fourth,at the operational level,we should improve the mechanism for dealing with public opinion,including establishing a cooperative response mechanism,speeding up the transformation of the main body's response,and adopting scientific treatment.Methods,master the law of rapid victory,and so on.
