2013,the first year of "Big data" ?Big data wave increasingly impacts on the global production, circulation, distribution and consumption activities,and it also has important influence on economic operation mechanism, social lifestyle and the national governance capabilities.The advent of the era of big data brings opportunity and challenge for the government.The world's economic powers have realized the importance of big data, a series of policies were developed of large data industry and cultivating talents on big data.2015, our country introduced Big data action outline, the top-level design, for the large data development of our country put forward the guiding document.Paper analyses the characteristics and the status of our government public data by taking social security data for example from the longitudinal and the transverse.It points out that the present stage our country government public data is fragmented and serious departmental, it has different data standard, uneven data quality and listed data shared.and then paper comes to the conclusion that:DS(data sharing) is the key to solve the problem of public data because of it's poor data quality. It is the way to share data by establishing public data platform and setting up data management data and planning and design.This paper puts forward that the application of master data management in the enterprise data integration and sharing will improve the quality and governance of public data.
