Collecting information and accurate analyzing of public opinion, introducing the result effectively decisions,it is really help improve relations between the government and citizen, promote the citizen participation and democracy at the grassroots level, and it also promote the transformation of governance and government management innovation, which is an important carrier to guarantee the citizen participation in governance.
