Study On The Mutual Pension Model Of The Elderly Losing Single-child Of Chinese Countryside

The aging of the population seriously in China today,rural endowment become key projects of the country poverty alleviation work,and also directly affect the new rural construction,and because of the one-child policy in China, more and more rural elderly losing single-child has caught the attention of the society.As rural “none six”old man--their lives no recourse, no helpness, no rights protection, disease without cure,no one raise,died no one to send),their retirement life present situation needs to be improved.In recent years,along with the rural economic reform and progress,our country rural elderly endowment way has a diversified development,but for the current social watches of the rural elderly losing single-child,due to the particularity of the family,most of the pension mode still has its limitations,not suitable for the rural elderly losing single-child.So, this article will focus on the elderly losing single-child in rural areas to build mutual pension model,to address the rural elderly losing single-child pension problems effectively.This article through to the target population in the form of questionnaires in H county of hengyang city on-the-spot investigation visit,and combined with the case interview method according to actual situation,and in the H county of hengyang of family planning bureau of civil affairs, head of the village committee related social organizations cooperation,The H county of hengyang rural elderly losing single-child’s endowment descriptive analyses present situation and trouble,and based on maslow’s hierarchy of needs, analyzed care needs of the rural elderly losing single-child.In order to improve the status of the rural elderly losing single-child, meet the demand of the existing pension, how to integrate existing rural resources to build mutual pension model is particularly important.In this paper, based on "home-based, community-based, supplemented by institutions," of the multi-level old-age service system, focusing on analysis of rural mutual pension model superiority and feasibility for the rural elderly losing single-child, and described the constraints of rural mutual pension practice mode and effect pattern construction.Finally, based on the theory of governance, multivariate main body participation,think some ways of support path and countermeasures.First, adhere to the government-led, improve the rural elderly losing single-child pension regulations,expand rural mutual happiness court coverage, improve the system of management of village; Second,expand the channels of funding sources,develop the rural economy, encourage social enterprise donation;Third, perfect the rural mutual pension system,according to the rural economic development level, think some suggestions and countermeasures innovatily and thoroughly.
