| Community is a basic cell of the whole society; the community management level directly determines the level of happiness of life in community. With the improvement of economic level and the development of science and technology, the needs of residents become more diversified and complicated. The traditional community management mode can not meet the needs of the survival and development of modern residents. The pilots of Smart City have been carried out at home and abroad, community informatization also has made a series of achievements. But there is still a variety of problem, such as "information isolated island" which restrict the development pace of Smart City. Then how to build the community information service to meet the needs of community people’s livelihood? What kind of community information management is to adapt to the requirements of Smart City?This paper researches the community informationization in angle of view microscopic. Taking Lugu community in Shijingshan District of Beijing as an. example, this paper analyzes the supply and demand imbalances between the two parties in Lugu community information service construction through the case analysis, questionnaire survey and field visits. This paper also explores the achievements and weakness of the Lugu community informationization, find the way toovercome the deficiencies in order to meet the requirements of Smart City.This study found that the recognition of community residents towads the current informationization construction’s achievement is not high, especially for community affairs service system. And the residents’need for leisure and cultural and spiritual consolation have not been met. The paper points out the four major weaknesses of Lugu community informatization. To meet the requirements ofSmart City, Lugu community needs to make some improvement in management idea, residents participation,personnel and other many aspects. Meanwhile, the needs of residents should be guided. |
