The Role Of Smart Community In Beilin District Of Xi'an City To The Development Of Community Democracy

With the reform and opening,the continuous improvement of the economy makes people's life turned upside down.The increasing rich people begin to pay attention to realize their rights,concerned about the impact of social development on their own,start to participate in public affairs and demand democratic rights has been increasing.There is no doubt that the trend of China's social management,to build grassroots democracy in urban communities presented a new challenge.In this context,how will interest of things,cloud computing,mobile Internet and other new generation of information technology into people's lives to enable them to broaden democratic participation in the existing path,to raise awareness of democratic community participation,promote community further development of democracy,will undoubtedly become a new subject for academic and government sectors.Faced with such an opportunity,Xi'an Beilin was the first to apply the smart of community to community management and made attempt building community democracy.Although the process encountered many problems,but the achievements are very significant,it can be said Beilin region try to promote democratic development through community intelligence community played an exemplary role.The paper of visiting research to Xi'an Beilin,in the Xi'an Beilin smart of community construction,the use of the situation,the same time to inspect created role,existing problems were analyzed,and on this basis Beilin democracy to promote community development through intelligence community then put forward suggestions.This paper consists of an introduction,and a conclusion of the four parts of the body composition.Introduction section briefly describes the background and significance,reviewed the current research,explains the basic ideas and main content of this paper summarizes the methods and innovations.The second chapter explain the wisdom community based oin the main content of the democracy-building and the features and characteristics of the community of democratic intelligence community building were analyzed summarized,and then clear the interaction between the two.The third chapters of the general situation in Xi'an Beilin intelligence community building are described,it introduced the main framework of Beilin intelligence community,the basic application,and major achievements so far.The fourth chapter analyzes the deficiencies in Xi'an Beilin intelligence community building and community building democracy exists in the set of process,and from several aspects of the government,technology,community residents and other analysis of the main reasons to produce less,and in the fifth chapter the opinions and suggestions.At the Conclusion,summary of the thesis of the research findings,and proposed pending further study.
