Research On The Countermeasures For The Construction Of Smart Communities In Wuxi City

Smart community as the last one kilometer of the smart city arose out of the historic moment of the smart city construction.In the process of smart community construction it had encounter problems and difficulties need to solve.Since December 2012,Wuxi government put forward “the construction of smart Wuxi action program for three years”,and made the overall development framework of “one center,four platforms” which specific elaborated of smart Wuxi construction requirements,construction mode,construction content and direction.It provides smart city with the theory of the next step for the implementation and policy support.But for the smart community definition,content,objectives and tasks as well as the requirements of the construction,mode,content and direction,and so on,there is no specific operational plan.This thesis provides advice and countermeasures of how to construct the smart community in the context of smart wuxi.Through the research of the smart community construction goal,construction mode,platform content,security system of these four aspects,trying to answer the four of the most basic question in the smart community construction,“why to do,who to do,what to do and how to do”,proposed the problems and causes in the smart community construction,and provides the suggestions and countermeasures.At the same time,combined with the “happiness Luoshe Wuxi” practice sample,provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the further development of smart community construction in Wuxi.And provide decision-making methods and reference for construction and development of the smart city in Wuxi.
