The Research Of The New Generation Migrant Workers Integrate Into City In The Province Of Guangxi

As a historic turning point of China's economy and society, reform and opening up is also an important factor of the gradual development of migrant workers. In the wave of rapid development of Chinese economy, rural migrant workers as an important labor resource, flowing from countryside to city, have made a significant contribution to the urban construction and the development of our country. With the policy and system being opened gradually as well as the push and pull of various aspects between urban and rural, the population of migrant workers increases year by year in a high speed,which is forming a large group. However, the migrant workers also encounter a series of obstacles and difficulties in the development of urban area, and cause many social problems. Under this background, a series of problems about migrant workers have drawn great attention among Chinese social science researchers, and gradually evolve into the key research issues in the sociology study field. On abroad, the system about immigrant integration mainly includes three development phase: "two dimensions" model, "three dimensions" model and "four dimensions" model. At the same time, the measure standard of immigrant integration has been specified and perfected gradually, forming a comprehensive investigation and analysis system for the degree of integration. Taking the research paradigm of immigrant integration in foreign countries as reference,sociologists in China form the new research direction about migrant workers based on the unique background and characteristics of Chinese rural migrant workers.In the research field on the problems of rural migrant workers, sociologists mainly focus on urban integration, social integration, urbanization of rural migrant workers and urban integration on new generation of migrant workers. Considering subjective position of the new generation of migrant workers in the group of migrant workers, this study sets a specific analysis index, and uses the method of questionnaire and interview to collect and analyze information on urban integration of new generation of migrant workers according to the analysis system of scholars at home and abroad. Meanwhile, based on the data, this paper discusses the current integrate situation of new generation of migrant workers, obstacles,causes of obstacles and measurements in detail. Focusing on the the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi nowadays, this research includes the economic, social life and culture, found that the current population integrate into city is still on a low level. By compared the new and old generations of migrant workers integrate into the situation of city, it can be found that new generation of migrant workers are on the higher levels. And in such aspects as the willingness, policy, age,they have more advantages. The obstacle factors influencing the new generation migrant workers integrate into city, which performance for institutional factors,social factors and individual factors. These factors have limit effect obviously.For all sorts of obstacles, prompting further integrate into the city of new generation migrant workers mainly includes the related system reform, to strengthen the construction of community and improve their comprehensive ability.
