Research On Changes Of New China's Grass-Roots Social Management System And Dynamic Mechanism

Since the founding of New China sixty years ago, there has been tremendous change applied on the nation's economic and society, with continuous deepening of modernization, urbanization and marketization, along with the globalization unprecedentedly affecting the nation's living status. Great change has also been applied to the nation's grassroots social system, which is designed to be compatible to the whole picture. While the direction and path of the evolution of grassroots social management being more focused on, the social management and community building has been put in a key place as to solve the increasingly prominent contradiction during the social system transformation since the Sixteenth Congress. In the Eighteenth Congress, it was more emphasized that the society building should be implemented with concerns on livelihood and innovation management. It was also agreed that the social reform should be speeded up and grassroots social management should be improved. Based on this, to better guide the implementation of reform, there should be deep research and analysis upon the topic, to learn experience from multiple sources, and to make meaningful exploration against the change during the reform of nation's grassroots social management system, from which to find the rule behind, and ascertain the deeper connotation, in order to have better insight of the direction and path of grassroots social management evolution.Focusing on the topic, the article first described and explained the organization, functionality and operating mechanism of the grassroots social management, and also explored the internal relations between the grassroots social management and the whole nation's society evolution. Then the article analyzed the reason for the changes on the nation's grassroots social management and the trend of its development. In the last the article summed up the rules behind and proposed suggestions on the reform of nation's grassroots social management system.
