Research On The Problems Of Right Transformation In Chinese Urban Renewal

Urban renewal is a process that modern cities will have when developed to a certain state. Not only can urban renewal improve people's living conditions, but also can enhance high-quality urban environment. China is during a key period of social transformation, urban renewal has also become an important theme. However, in the process of promoting urban renewal by the house levy and compensation, it is also facing severe challenges, especially the issue of interest distribution based on the public interest. Taiwan has experienced a similar situation in the process of urban development, but it has formed a relatively complete theoretical system and abundant practical experience after several decades. Especially after the introduction of the right transformation, it effectively balances and coordinates the interests of all parties, and establishes the mechanisms for the protection of the rights, and mobilizes the enthusiasm of all parties to participate in urban renewal, which is greatly promoting the development of urban renewal. Although there are many differences between the Taiwan region and the mainland in the economic system, land system and update modes, but both the cause and the purposes, even the challenges they face during urban renewal are similar. The method and experience of urban renewal in the Taiwan region have a very important significance to the mainland. Therefore, this paper bases on the house levy and compensation, and combines with the specific practice of Shenzhen, discussing the problems of urban renewal, and then leads to the system of the rights transformation in urban renewal in Taiwan. Through the analysis of the structure, advantages and disadvantages of the right transformation in Taiwan, it is expected to find feasible measures and suggestions to promote the urban renewal in mainland.
