A Research On Project Operating Of The Foundation And Its Problems

The foundation organization as a part of the third sector, is also an important part of the social security system and the career of commonweal of a society, whose development is also an inevitable requirement of economic structural reform and social transition in our country. But there is still a great gap between these foundations in China and other developed countries. Thus,exploring the operational problems, their solutions of domestic foundations organization and the foundation's direction, and mode of operation, is of significance to us.Taking the G Province Youth Development Foundation as the object of our case study, this article attempts to summarize the situation from the practical aspects of its operations and development in order to having a clearer understanding of some typical questions,characteristics and some apparent questions about project operation mechanism of other similar foundations, and taking relevant and appropriate measures, ultimately fulfilling a successful transition from operational foundations into funding ones.
