Study On The Participation In Social Management Of Voluntary Service Organizations In Pingxiang

Voluntary service is the communication link between the government and the masses in nature.It is an important force in the construction of a new mode of socialist social management and harmonious society.Its main functions are as follows: firstly,the voluntary service organization can cooperate with the government to solve the social problems that the government can't solve because of objective restriction.Secondly,voluntary service can widely integrate social resources,which is more efficient than the government in using of social resources.Thirdly,the public can participate in the social management effectively through the participation of voluntary service,and the voluntary service organization can act as the bridge between the government and the public.Therefore,to promote China's development of voluntary service,continue to guide and support the volunteer to participate in social management,to achieve the benign interaction between the volunteer service organizations with the government in social management,which is not only good for improving the efficiency of the use of social resources to reduce the cost of social operation but also of historic significance in promoting social management innovation.This paper researches the development and participation of social management innovation of volunteer organization in PingXiang,by using public management,organizational behaviour,economics,and other discipline knowledge,investigation and interview method,case analysis,literature analysis method,etc.The purpose of this study is through systematic combing the relationship between government and society,volunteer service organizations and the government public service in the social management system,based on the theory of non governmental organizations in the new public management theory and the theory of government failure in economics,It analyzes the main way of Pingxiang volunteer service organizations to participate in social management by the study of practice of social management in PingXiang,including community volunteer service participation in social management,professional volunteer service to participate in social management,volunteer participation in social management;It sums up the effective experience of the volunteer service organization in Pingxiang to participate in social management,including the promotion of volunteer service system,guide to enhance volunteer service level and promote volunteer service activities,to build the normalization of volunteer service projects,cultivating brand culture of volunteer service in Pingxiang.It analyzes the ways and Countermeasures of voluntary service organizations to participate in social management better,Combining with the experience and difficulties of the development of voluntary service organizations in Pingxiang,The main content is to improve the volunteer service of social cognition,to strengthen the construction of specialization of voluntary organizations,and improve the mechanism of voluntary service management,etc.,for the construction of mechanism which is mainly focused on voluntary work for mechanism of the coordinating mechanism,volunteer identity management service mechanism,volunteer service activities,financing guarantee mechanism.This paper enriches the research of volunteer service organization in China,and hopes to provide some theoretical exploration to strengthen self construction of voluntary service organizations and improvement of government guidance for volunteer service organization and support,so as to better help volunteer organizations to participate in social management.
