It is the crucial stage of development and values formation in childhood. In the process of large-scale population flow from rural to urban, the scale of left-behind children rapid expansion. due to long-term separated with their parents, their physical and mental growth process lacked the good care and guidance of their parents, and thus to brings the children left behind in the growth and life of negative effects. Therefore, upbringing and education of children left behind caused widespread concern in the community.On the basis of the in-depth study of the third part of the questionnaire on the children's social status of Chinese women's social status and the volume part of the relevant information, Combined with Chinese health and Nutrition Survey, the health and the education of left-behind children is discussed. By comparison with non-left-behind children's analysis we found that their health and education conditions are adversely affected to varying degrees due to the lack of a good family education environment and good care, We can see some problems such as nutritional status is not optimistic, and are more likely to suffer from chronic disease, ailment is not treated, lack of attention to leisure activities and cultural talent cultivation, They exist a certain degree of psychological barriers. Based on the above analysis, we come to various reasons of the problems faced by children left behind, including imperfect system, lack of social support, weakening the role of parents, lack of family education, schools do not pay enough attention, lack of pertinence, and lack of accurate positioning of the specificity of Left-behind children. Finally, in order to solve this problems we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, If we want to ensure the healthy growth and overall development of left behind children we need to be based on national policy and system security system and take full advantage of a favorable social environment and social atmosphere to build a "Trinity" security system based on family, school and left behind children themselves.
