A Study On Perfection Of The Technological Means In Counter-Terrorism

With a border of 6809 kilometers, Xinjiang is adjacent to nine countries. Most of its frontiers are plateaus, mountains, desert and gobi, with sparse population, inefficient transportation, bad natural geographical conditions, backward economic development,complexity on social and geographical environment, and prominent ethnic and religious problems, which make it a potential breeding site for terrorist organizations. In recent years,with central and western Asia as their bases, the “East Turkestan” forces have developed rapidly by making use of various opportunities. The Islamic revival in Xinjiang is surging.The “East Turkestan” forces take the advantage of religious fanaticism to expand themselves,which sets back or even destroys the social stability and economic development of Xinjiang.The situation of counter-terrorism and stability-keeping is becoming increasingly serious.From the perspective of the counter-terrorism technology at present, there still exist different degrees of “ huge-crowd strategy”. This is mainly displayed by the “full-time-set observers”in important stations, checkpoints, shopping malls, and densely-populated or highly transient population places. People entering important places are carefully checked one by one. On every grand festival or sensitive period, street patrols and setup checkpoints are more frequently seen, which can be summarized as “three combinations”. From the disposal of the program, it can be detailed into: discovery, early warning, report, launch of the emergency mechanism, the police, capture siege, respective trial and summary report. After the “July7th” incident in Urumqi, these operational mechanisms and methods become perfect day by day, which, to a certain extent, has curbed the overflow of terrorism, and has effectively countered the terrorism arrogance. However, from the point of date analysis, especially since the year of 2104, there still exists the phenomenon of “more strike, more fear”, which means the momentum of terrorist violence is becoming more frequent and stronger. The present method of reversed transmission counter-strike has certain hysteresis and problems oflacking vital elements. Especially compared with the achievements of animals participating in counter-terrorism missions in foreign countries, there is still a hysteresis in China.In this paper, the author's finishing point is the animal's unique advantage in the counter-terrorism and stability-keeping missions, with the dog as the main subject of argument. Through deep analysis, the author draws the conclusion that the dog has its unique advantage in today's counter-terrorism battlefields, and that the dog is also a needy supplement to the man-powered defense, device-powered defense and technology-powered defense, a multiplier for the power of counter-terrorism and stability-keeping. In the current and future periods, under the condition of more violent terrorism activities, counter-terrorism has become a worldwide problem. This situation requires us to optimize and expand all kinds of resources for counter-terrorism, to improve and enrich counter-terrorism technology methods, and to form a three-dimensional defense system, thus constructing a multi-dimensional integration of counter-terrorism architecture.
