The Study On The Policy Practice Of The Aid In Xin Jiang In The Perspective Of The Development Of Anthropology

Development is the subject of today's world. Each country, nation, region of the world have been facing with the problem of development. With the development of human society, people's understanding of the development has changed deeply. Different researchers have different views about development issues, In the perspective of the development of anthropology, "development" is a theory of practice. The policy that China's implementation of counterpart support to Xinjiang is a theory of practice to the characteristics of China's development.Xinjiang is the important strategic resources area which is located in the northwest of our country,The steadily development of Xinjiang has big significance to the safety of the motherland and national unity.But there is a big development gap between Xinjiang and other areas. Counterpart support to Xinjiang is an important measure to narrow the region gap. The new policy promotes Xinjiang' development while it is also face many unprecedented complex problems. In this paper, the theory of anthropology is used in the development of practice. It is not only can enrich the anthropology theory but also can promote the development of Xinjiang. At last it can provide value for other provinces. This paper illustrated by the example of Liaoning support Ninth division of Xinjiang production and construction Corps and use the methods of literature research and interviews.The first chapter of the paper describes the overview of the policy of supporting Xinjiang. The second chapter introduces the practice present situation of Liaoning supporting the Ninth division, including an introduction of the Ninth division and the main content of the Ninth division assistance scheme and practice. The third chapter introduces the effect and evaluation of the practice of the Ninth division. The effect is mainly reflected in five aspects: the stable development of the economy in the Ninth division, the improvement of people's livelihood, the growth of employees' income promoted by the development of the industry, the obvious effect of cadres and personnel's supporting and the spread of the Xinjiang production and construction Corps' spirit.At the end of the paper, the author thinks about the supporting development of the Ninth division in the perspective of development anthropology. The author discusses this issue in three aspects : the influence brought by the policy, the issues that Ninth division faces when be supported and the way that choose to achieve sustainable development.Finally the author concludes that in the way to achieve sustainable development, in the Xinjiang' policy of supporting, the development of Ninth division should focus on humanistic care to achieve sustainable harmony.
