Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the ninth division of police responsible for undertaking major political task to consolidate the ruling status of the Communist Party,safeguarding national long-term stability and safeguard its people,services,economic and social development.Policemen its good moral and professional qualities is the backbone of the amount in respect of social security.Thus,carding training of Local Police,analyzes problems and causes of the current training in urgent subject.In this paper,the ninth division of police training situation of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps conducted a correlation analysis,the main problem at this stage the presence of nine divisions of the Police Training are:the lack of systematic training programs;lack of necessary investment in time and content;training restraint mechanisms are inadequate;assess the role played insufficient training,analysis of the reasons is the presence of the training concept of deviation;training to develop training in the form of excessive flexibility;incentive mechanism is not perfect;perfect training evaluation mechanism is not caused.According to the above problems,made to ensure the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,the ninth division of police training effectiveness,and I propose the following measures: innovative training methods and content;updating the concept of police training;strengthen the technical quality of the team of instructors;strengthen the Police Training work organization;improve Police training evaluation system.
