Research On The Functions Of The Government In Jinjiang Industrial Tourism Development

Jinjiang city with more developed private industry, was praised as "Chinese shoes", "famous town of the Chinese leisure clothing", of "jacket" and so on, is influential in our country, dynamic and creative of "brand". Based on these congenital advantage, Jinjiang government with the help of quanzhou city in fujian province and about tourism development strategy, actively promote the development of industrial tourism, has worked out a series of policies to support the development of tourism,however, in jinjiang city industrial tourism development, its role in the functions of the government also has many problems to be solved.On the basis of the new public service theory, new public management theory and public goods theory, with the uses of the literature research and empirical analysis,Firstly, the main features of the government function in the development of industrial tourism development in Jinjiang city are formulated for the development of industrial tourism development plan, the implementation of industrial tourism industry support policies, the construction of supporting infrastructure, to guide enterprises to create a promotion, pay attention to the development of industrial tourism, and so on. It is pointed out that jinjiang industrial tourism development government function has some problems: jinjiang government on industrial tourism development policy is not perfect, form a complete set of service does not reach the designated position and government coordination strength is not strong.
