In the context of promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the development of rural tourism in accordance with local conditions is an important practice path for my country to implement the development concept of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",consolidate the results of poverty alleviation,and promote the sustainable economic and social development of rural areas.The development of rural tourism has also become one of the important starting points to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,in the development of rural tourism in L County,there are still some problems in the functioning of local government departments,which hinder the high-quality development of local rural tourism.Therefore,discovering and solving the problems of government functions in the development of rural tourism in L County has become an inevitable choice to promote the healthy and sustainable development of local rural tourism.Based on the theory of public governance,sustainable development and community participation theory,through combing the tourism resources of L County,summarizing the current situation of government functions in the development of rural tourism in L County,using questionnaire survey method,field interview method and other research methods to analyze and summarize.The analysis concludes that the government functions in the development of rural tourism in L County have poor implementation of rural tourism planning,insufficient resource development,insufficient public service supply,weak market supervision,insufficient publicity and promotion,and guidance for local residents to participate in the development of rural tourism.In turn,it analyzes the causes of problems in the performance of government functions.On this basis,it puts forward a targeted scientific management of rural tourism development plans,strives to strengthen the development of rural tourism resources,takes multiple measures to improve rural tourism public services,comprehensively strengthens the supervision of the rural tourism market,strengthens the promotion of rural tourism in multiple dimensions,and vigorously guides and cultivates residents participate in the development of rural tourism,and solidly promote the cultivation of rural tourism talents,a total of 17 specific countermeasures and suggestions.These suggestions will provide useful help and reference for the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism in L County.
