To Enhance The Effect Of Ideological And Political Education Research Of Grassroots Troops

Grassroots level ideological and political education is an important part of army ideological and political education, which is related to the effect of ideological and political construction and development of grassroots construction of troops. The study on the effect of enhancement of ideological and political education is following Chairman Xi's demand that the army construction should hold the right political orientation, keep the strong army target under new situation as guidelines, and put the target to the implement on the process of grassroots level ideological and political education.This paper uses the method of theoretical analysis and questionnaire survey, which reveals the main problems of grassroots level ideological and political education, such as some officers' and soldiers' understanding of the education content is not thorough enough; some methods cannot afford the requirement of the improvement of the theoretical levels of officers and soldiers; the results of some activities that are held to enhance the education are not the best; the implement of the basic principles is not profound and lack of efficiency; some ideological educator cannot evoke sympathy of the officers and soldiers. The main reasons causing the problems are as follow: the complicated conflicts in the field of ideology, the continuing changes of consistence of officers and soldiers, the accelerated development of world's new military revolution, the deeply transformation of the types of war in the new situation, the invasion of bad social mood into the army, the diversification of values, and the changes of ideology and public opinions affect the whole army. Based on the analysis of the influences on the results of grassroots level ideological and political education and the practice of grassroots army, the paper have raised some resolutions to enhance the effects of grassroots level ideological and political education, such as enriching the content of education, improve the methods of education, carrying out activities of military strengthen education, strictly practicing the basic principles, and developing the sympathetic ability of ideological educators.Such measures can provide useful references for the innovation of ideological and political education and promote the development of the construction of the grassroots level units.
