A Study On The Influencing Variables Of The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Work In Troops

The ideological and political work is an important aspect of the work in the army, still has an important role at the height of the information age, in the construction of the army’s need.This paper is a study of the effect on the ideological and political work in the army effect variables, the analysis focused on work technological process variables. This paper firstly analyses the effects of Ideological and political work in the army variables, which analyzes the relationship between the two, the main dimension analysis work, as far as possible to the social environment, network information, work technological process, the work connotation and personal factors and other specific variables, the objective reality and with the relevant contents and the author experience, from the focus of this analysis, proposed work technological process variables are view variables mainly affects the effectiveness of Ideological and political work in the army.Process variables based on detailed analysis, the main is the logical thinking of management process theory. In this work technological process variables that influence the operation process of the ideological and political work-that is the main parameter for overall planning, embodies the organization implementation and evaluation and optimization of the three important link, it is in fact three variables influencing the process variables--in the parallel structure and chapters discuss, causal variables affecting mainly focus on three important aspects, effect of causal variables that they are the demand, target, plan of action, construction of organization, leadership, rewards and penalties, performance appraisal, rectify deviation, as well as the technical tool, to focus discussion and analysis on the relationship between these variables, and the main parameters of the content.Through the analysis of these contents, this paper attempts to reveal the limitations of these causal variables and its cause of formation, and the rational thinking on the countermeasures to improve the ideological and political work in the army the next process. Not only try to take measures to explain the reasons, and tries to make clear level, countermeasure form organized, and echoing with the part, is expected to further strengthen and improve ideological and political construction of the army ideological and political work in the army to use some reference effect.
