Study On And Application Of The Flexible Management In The Cultivation Of Military College Students

Ever since we come into the 21 st century, advanced technology has been widely applied to the military field. Meanwhile, the form of warfare and the type of battle have been changed dramatically, which consist of a part of the booming new military revolution in the world. The military academy is a major role for cultivating a new type of military talents and the quality of military cadets concerns about the national safety and the construction of the Army. With the modernization of PLA being promoted deeply and continuously, high standards come out for the country's cultivation of the new type of military talents. What is more, new changes in their thoughts, characters and behavior arise in the modern undergraduates' group. The traditional “strong and hard” administration model cannot completely satisfy the requirements of the cultivation of military undergraduates in the new century.With some basic theories of the management and psychology as guildlines, this article deeply studies the flexible management applied to the military undergraduates' cultivation and the practical problems. The main achievements are outlined as below:Firstly, analyzing contemporary military college school students' ability requirement and producing way of theory. And analyzing the important function of the flexible management of the students' development. Presenting the necessary and feasible reason of carry out the flexible management.Secondly, using investigation and questionnaire to 21 teams which from Basic Command Officer College, and recording their management situation.Thirdly, combined with the work experience, the article presents the thoughts, methods, measures and advice of the administrative approaches to the military undergraduates.The administration mode consisting of “soft and hard” approache is a significant way to promote the overall and harmonious developments of military undergraduates as well as to ensure the effect of talents education. It is also a urgent task for every administrator in military schools to enhance the research concerning military schools' administrative theories and methods and that to further understand the issue to improve the management ability.
