A Study On The Promotion Of Leadership And Management Ability Of Training Students In Military Technical College

Leadership management practice ability is one of the important ability of the military academy trainees and this is also the basis for the students to serve as grassroots commanders for military leadership and management in the future.It is an important and urgent task to cultivate and improve the students' ability of leadership and management to build the informatization army and carry out the diversified tasks.However,there are many problems in the current military academy to cultivate students' leadership and management.The research on this problem has certain guiding significance to improve the quality of personnel training and improve the quality of military cadres.This paper studies the leadership and management practice ability of the students in the military academy.In the process of research,we mainly use the method of qualitative and quantitative research,combined with the relevant principles of management,and use the theoretical analysis,questionnaire survey and case analysis to study the leadership and management ability of the military academy.First of all,the situation and the problems of the leadership and management ability of the trainees in the military academy are explored.Secondly,this paper constructs the model of students' leadership management ability and evaluates these models.Combined with the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some ideas about solving the students' ability of leadership management practice.Finally,this paper takes a student team as an example to carry on the thorough investigation to the leadership management ability of the military academy students,and puts forward many exploratory opinions on the construction of the practical ability of the construction of military academy students.Based on the basic ability to manage the basic standards,basic content and basic methods,this paper aims at cultivating students' leadership management ability.It sorts out the basic theory,practice and methods of management employed to cultivate students' basic leadership management ability,aiming at promoting teaching by real problems in military forces.Hence to solve the problems through teaching,this study shades light on enhancing the trainees' ability in the actual work,comprehensively improving the students' leadership and management ability and laying a good foundation for students' first service and meeting the needs of the future military struggle.
