Study On Issues Of Military Academy Campus Network Culture Management

With the rapid development and extensive popularity of the Internet, China has become a network great nation. The network has been popularized widely not only in local university but also in military academy. Thus campus network culture has become an important part of campus culture as the continuing blend of network culture and campus culture. The modes of learning, working and living have been changed by campus network culture, while to a certain extent negative effects and potential safety hazards have been brought. The military academy is a special kind of college. The safety of campus network culture in military academy has higher demands. It is necessary to understand these questions: What is the situation of network culture development in military academy? Are there hidden dangers? Which means are effective to solve these problems?Despite a wealth of scientific papers being published on campus culture, studies of campus network culture of military academy are relatively few and far between. Furthermore, the existing researches are lack of quantitative research and cultural security perspective. Consequently, this research proposes two research contents: investigation and analysis about actual situation of the campus network culture in military academy taking National University of Defense Technology for instance to find out whether there are security issues, and the specific suggestions for the development of safety campus network culture with military academy characteristics.Regard meta-synthesis and analytic hierarchy process as guidelines, military academy campus network culture were clustered into four layers: material culture, behavior layer, system layer and spiritual culture. This research combined quantitative research with qualitative analysis, used multiple research methods such as literature analysis, questionnaire survey, in-depth interview. Firstly, the research status of military academy campus and campus network culture were summarized to lay the research foundations and define research goals through the collection, sorting and analysis of existing literature. Secondly, in order to comprehend the present situation of campus network development and cultural security, the researcher collected data by the questionnaire survey and the in-depth interviews, and used the quantitative analysis method to process the data. Finally, combining with the practice of campus network culture management, the research indicated the advantages and disadvantages of the campus network culture management, and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.The study found that the campus network culture develops well on the whole in military academy, but even so there are some potential safety hazards. In the material layer, the existing network material construction can meet the basic needs of cadets, but the cadets have no higher satisfaction about network facilities, campus website, digital library and network application. In the behavior layer, the network, which has been become an important part of cadets' study and life, brings resources and conveniences, while some negative effects like the exhaustion of mental and physical are produced. In the system layer, the system need to be refined further clear, even though the related system are comparison integrity and the network management are attached great importance. In the spirit layer, cadets have the ability to treat network speech in a dialectical perspective, keep Marxism and the core values of the contemporary revolutionary soldier consciously, learn the spirit of campus actively, and comply with network ethical requirements. But their network security awareness needs to be strengthened.According to the specific problems in different layers of campus network culture, this study proposes a series of feasible suggestions. In the material layer, improve the campus network construction, optimize the campus website, enrich the resources of digital library, and develop mobile application about campus network culture. In the behavior layer, enhance the safety concept of network culture, strengthen information literacy, innovate management, and manager the cadets' network behavior strictly are necessary. In the system layer, various rules and regulations should be improved, while the cadets should be educate for the system about network. In the spirit layer, uphold the guidance of Marxism, integrate the core values of the contemporary revolutionary soldier into campus network culture, promote campus spiritual with the help of campus network, and strengthen the moral construction of campus network culture.This study is devoted to make a contribution to the construction of safety campus network culture with military academy characteristics.
