Study On Management Problems And Countermeasures Of Solders In The Military Academy

As an important part of the military academy,solders play an irreplaceable key role in the military academy,because they bear a lot of important work of the academy,such as vehicle management,personnel access management,picket,security and alert of large-scale activities and so on.While their identity,occupation and environment of work making management of them is different from the students and teachers in the military academy,but also different from other solders of grass-roots army.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the problems of the management of solders in the military academy,which has great help to improve the management efficiency of solders and to promote the safe,stable and efficient operation of the military academy.To analyze the general problems encountered in the management of solders in the military academy,find the general rules of management of solders in the military academy,and to propose scientific methodology and countermeasures to management problems of solders in the military academy,the main research works are as follows:(1)Analysis of the characteristics of solders in the military academy.Detail discussion on the characteristics of solders in the military academy was done,from the view of their work characteristics,environment characteristics and solders structure characteristics,which provided necessary foundation to the analyzing of management problems and studying of management countermeasures of solders in the military academy.(2)Analysis of the management problems and reasons of solders in the military academy.Deeply analysis on expression,influence and reasons of some general management difficulties and problems of solders in the military academy,such as difference between motive and reality,army man mission emotion cultivating difficulty,identity and mentality problem,mental pressure problem,collective management difficulty,excessive external contact and son.This part research would provide necessary inputs.(3)Study of the procedures and countermeasures of solutions for the management problems and reasons of solders in the military academy.Combined with the author's own practices and experiences on management of solders in the military academy,a basic flow-process diagram and a "Three sides and four dimensions" methodology were proposed,which contains characteristics,managements problems,and management measurements of solders in the military academy.Then detail management measurements of solders in the military academy covered rules,needs,psychology and innovations were proposed.At last mapping relations between character domain,problem domain and measurement domain were expounded.Results show that the analysis technological process,methods and measurements put forward would have great help to solve the related problems on management of solders in the military academy,and have significant help to the safe stable and efficient management of solders in the military academy.
