Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Medical Support For Armed Police In Tibetan District Stability Keeping

The tasks and functions of armed forces determine the most practical activities in times of peace are the non-war military use, especially in the case of terrorism in the world today to focus on increasing non-traditional threats, the armed forces must focus on new historical mission the successful completion of counter-terrorism assault missions. For this reason, this thesis tries to study the problems and countermeasures of medical support for armed police in Tibetan district stability keeping.The research works of this thesis can be summarized as follows.(1) Through the study of Tibetan radical armed police holding stability realities of medical support and command system, organizational structure, supply chain and other training situations, objective analysis of the problem of the armed forces faced Tibetan medical support: maintenance of stability medical command system is not perfect; stability maintenance organization health service system to be improved; holding stability and security of supply chain not complete; holding stability and security training is not enough.(2) This thesis presents the armed forces in the maintenance of stability in Tibetan areas of the sudden medical support; established a new model of medical support: the establishment of efficient maintenance of stability unified command system of medical support; establish and improve the level of medical support stability maintenance organization; establish a standardized process supply chain system; strengthen the research and training of medical support in maintaining stability.(3) Through the maintenance of stability of the Tibetan armed police stationed officers and medical support and the demand for medical support in order to ?3.14? incident, for example, the application of new medical support stability maintenance mode, case analysis.This thesis hopes to through the discovery of armed police in Tibetan maintain security problems, to ensure that the armed police force in Tibetan areas of stability at the successful completion of the task and put forward a strong reference.
