| The People's Armed Police(PAP)Force stationed in Xinjiang is the main force for maintaining social stability and long-term peace.Its task of combating terrorism and maintaining stability is highly political and policy-oriented,closely watched by the government,which poses the most realistic,direct and urgent test to the image of the Force.Therefore,in anti-terrorism and stability-maintenance task is of significant importance to effectively deterring and countering violent terrorism,giving people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang the confidence to lead a happy and prosperous life,as well as displaying a good image of the army of the new era.In this context,this paper first gives an overview of the concept,connotation and significance of the PAP Force's image,analyzing its composition based on the CIS(Corporate Image recognition System)theory.Then,by taking account of the author's personal experience and feedback of questionnaires,current problems in Xinjiang PAP Force's image promotion during anti-terrorism and stability-maintenance tasks are quantitatively analyzed.Last but not least,under the guidance of the comprehensive image view,based on reality,suggestions to improve image promotion from various aspects such as of ideological guidance,force increase,military administration by law,construction in action,mass work,public opinion guidance are put forward.Combined with empirical research,obtain experience and revelation.By taking the PAP Force stationed in Xinjiang as the research object,this paper conducts a quantitative research on the image promotion of troops in anti-terrorism and stability-maintenance tasks under dynamic conditions,and puts forward constructive suggestions on further enhancement of the Force's image promotion,thus providing effective support to the mission of the PAP Force stationed in Xinjiang,which is the “Two Safeguard” of the new era. |
