Research On Improving The Quality Of Prison People's Police

Since the 18th Party Congress of China,especially since the second Xinjiang Work Seminar of Central Committee,Xijinping as the core of the CPC central committee who shows great foresight pointed out Xinjiang's work must always focus on the general goal of social stability and long-term stability.Prison undertakes the key task of punishing,educating and reforming criminals.It is an important part of Xinjiang's current anti-terrorism and stability guarantee to firmly grasp the overall goal.People's police of Prison is the main body of prison work,and its quality directly affects prison supervision level.The quality of prison policemen includes such important qualities as ideological and political quality,cultural quality,physical quality and psychological quality,which directly or indirectly affect the policemen's outlook on life,values,art of life,work ability and mental health.The quality of policemen affects each other and acts as a comprehensive quality.Most prisons are located in remote areas,and the task of education and reform is more arduous.Prison police work in a serious,dangerous,single and isolated regulatory environment for a long time.They are required to have a high ideological and political awareness,not contaminated by dirt;have flexible thinking,and can effectively deal with all kinds of communication;have a strong body,skilled police physical skills,and be able to come.Be fearless,deal with all kinds of emergencies effectively to ensure their own safety;mental health,not negative emotional impact,optimistic,happy life.Prison policemen in China have different qualities,among which the ideological and political quality is highly valued,the level of cultural quality is linked to academic qualifications,they are often neglected to learn and stagnate after entering the post,the improvement of their physical quality is simply dependent on the administrative arrangements of the prison,the consciousness of individual self-conscious training is not strong,in terms of mental health,prison policemen There are basically different degrees of psychological problems.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Xinjiang has always maintained a high-handed attitude against the "three forces" with the central strategy of governing Xinjiang as the main theme.Prison custody safety made a surge in the number of working pressure of prison police's steep rise.The particularity of the profession and the urgency of the current work requirements put forward higher requirements for the political,cultural,physical and psychological qualities of the prison police in Xinjiang and the corps.Based on the classical theories of public human resource management theory,incentive theory and Maslow's demand theory,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,empirical research and investigation,referring to the theoretical achievements of some prisons in China on the quality of prison policemen,and combining with the investigation and Study on the quality construction of prison policemen in X prison of the Corps where they are located.Some feasible suggestions on political accomplishment,cultural quality,physical quality and mental health of prison police in China,especially in Xinjiang,are put forward.
