In recent years, the frozen meat hygiene situation is grim, and the purchasing cost restricts the prison's overall development, inside the prison to establish environmental friendly farm not only can well solve the food security, reduce procurement costs and avoid the problems such as wasting food, but also can let inmates in prison master a foreign technology. Therefore, to achieve the transformation and upgrading of the prison is imminent.Situation of the central plains region has many prison add farms in China, Some Guangdong prisons(for example: German prison, huaiji prison, jieyang, maoming prisonprison, etc.) also had farmed precedent,generally is available for use, but due to the way of farming, breeding techniques and breeding conditions of restriction, it didn't get upgrade development. This paper tries to set out from the prison's reality through some combination of modern farm building concept scientific planning, rational layout, coupled with some advanced breeding technology, processing technology, environmental protection and epidemic prevention work and current national policies and regulations, etc., and to conduct a necessary feasibility analysis.South China Agricultural University technical team after years of investigation and research, through advanced production, management and training concept has been creating environment-friendly farm provides the necessary technical support, can effectively solve the above problems.
