Study On Employment Of Disabled Persons In Yuncheng Of Shanxi Province

With the deepening of China’s modernization process during the past forty years of the reform and opening-up,social security system improves continuously.As one of the most vulnerable part of the social group,the disabled person needs the support and assistance from many parties.According to statistics,there are 82.96 million disabled people in our country.This special group is not only large in quantity,but also difficult to maintain their own survival and development because of their own defects.In recent years,the cause of the disabled in China has developed rapidly.The state through various systems and policies to coordinate the functional departments in order to carry out the education,health care,employment and other areas of the security work.However,due to their own reasons and the social scope of the people still exist on the disabled,the work of the people with disabilities,there are still many problems,outstanding performances in the employment of the disabled such as low employment rate,the disabled vocational level low,single structure and pattern of the employment of the disabled,week employment policy support and implementation and so on are existed.These problems urgently need a lot of work to be addressed.The author through the research visits to obtain a large number of first-hand materials,according to the analysis of these facts,taking accurate data on all aspects of the employment of the disabled in Yuncheng City as the basis,the data were classified,Yuncheng city is summarized in this paper from the perspective of social security in the employment of the disabled contradictions and problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The main research methods used in this paper are literature method,survey method,interview method and so on.The whole content is divided into six parts in addition to the introduction.The introduction introduces the significance of the topic and the theoretical literature involved in this paper.The first part mainly introduces the basic situation of the disabled in Yuncheng and Yuncheng City CDPF.The second part analyzes the present situation of the employment of the disabled in Yuncheng.The third part is the basic situation of the employment training for the disabled in Yuncheng.The fourth part analyzes the policy of the employment security for the disabled in Yuncheng.The fifth part introduces the status of the development and employment of the disabled in Yuncheng.The sixth part puts forward the policy suggestions for the employment of the disabled.Through the improvement of laws and regulations,strengthen law enforcement and policy implementation,improve the social security system for the disabled,to create a good social atmosphere,so as to support and promote the development of the cause of the disabled in china.
