Research On Employment Of Disabled Persons In Shanxi Province

The primary task of developing the cause of disabled people is to help them solve their living problems and help them to obtain employment.This is not only the inherent requirement of realizing social fairness and justice,but also being part of realization a well-off society in an all-round way.And employment for the disabled can not only help them better fit into society but also develop labor ability of the disabled.Therefore,studying the employment of disabled people is both theoretical and practical significance.Although,in terms of employment for the disabled issued many relevant legal policy in China and obtained certain achievement.However,there still exists defects for the disabled employment from the laws and regulations,policy support,service system and employment mode.The paper is in-depth analysis for the disabled employment problems,analyzes the reasons of problems and put forward the corresponding suggestions from the aspects of the legal policy,policy implementation,pattern innovation and employment service support in Shanxi province.This paper analyzes the disabled in Shanxi province by selecting employment characteristics,employment modes,employment service support and combing the disabled employment policy.The author is for literature gathering in the course of the study,combs the related theory with the disabled employment and uses the method of combination of field survey and in-depth interviews in terms of data collection.The paper collects primary data and statistical analysis for a three months internship in Shanxi Federation of disabled persons.The author processes with the depth interview for relevant staff of Shanxi Federation of disabled persons and Shanxi provincial Employment Service Guidance Center for the disabled,collects their relevant views for employment for the disabled in Shanxi Province and relevant policy,the functions of the specific distribution,policy implementation and employment for the disabled,and collects detailed data to provide support for research.On the basis of theoretical and practical research,this paper summarizes the advanced experience of foreign and domestic legal policy and employment model innovation.In this paper,the study found that the existing employment for the disabled mode in Shanxi Province still exists many problems,such as,the lack of policy continuity,the organization system construction,grassroots service ability and so on.Therefore there should continue to increase investment in terms of employment for disabled persons in Shanxi Province,perfect laws and regulations,actively explore new patterns of employment,innovation in institutions and mechanisms and form,promote employment for disabled persons and improve life for disabled persons.
