The emergence of disabled persons is an unavoidable social issue in the social process,and it is also a livelihood issue that must be faced.Because of their special physical and mental characteristics,handicapped people have made it very difficult for them to find employment.The phenomenon of marginalization is increasing,making this huge special group a socially disadvantaged and disadvantaged group.Participating in employment to obtain labor remuneration is the basis of social citizenship;it is the main source of household expenditure;it is the performance of real participation in society;and it is the channel for realizing the value of life.Therefore,the significance of employment for persons with disabilities is even more significant.The maturity of the development of disabled people's careers can measure the advanced level of national economy and civilization in a certain sense.Therefore,the study of the employment of disabled people not only has important theoretical significance,but also has great practical significance.This article summarizes the results of past domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the factors affecting the employment of persons with disabilities,and finds that the research results on the factors affecting the employment of persons with disabilities mainly focus on social security factors and population characteristics.The Disabled Persons' Federation conducts annual dynamic monitoring data on the situation of persons with disabilities in Hunan Province,and initially analyzes the current situation of disabled persons in Hunan Province and the employment situation,and finds that employment policies for disabled persons,rehabilitation work for persons with disabilities,education for persons with disabilities,employment of persons with disabilities The methods,employment services for the disabled and the informationization of disabled persons are gradually improving.However,the employment situation of disabled persons in Hunan Province is not optimistic,and there is still much room for improving the employment level of the disabled.This article analyzes the impact and degree of employment on the disabled from the aspects of demographic characteristics and employment security factors.Through Logistic Regression Analysis Model,we conducted an empirical analysis of 728 survey data from 14 cities in Hunan Province.The study found that employment security factors and demographic factors all had a significant impact on the employment of disabled people,and the degree of employment security factors affected the employment of disabled persons.Greater,but also found that there is still much room for improving the employment rate of disabled people and the satisfaction of employment policies for disabled persons.Finally,it draws on the experience of employment protection for disabled persons in Western developed countries and combines the actual situation in Hunan Province.Lastly,the disability is divided into six aspects: the centralized employment model reform,the market as the main responsibility,the equal employment as the policy goal,the special protection for the employment of disabled persons,the implementation of classified placement for disabled persons,and the reform of the employment service system for disabled persons.The employment protection system for people has proposed countermeasures and suggestions.
