Research On The Management Of Illegal Behavior Of Road Traffic In Electric Vehicles

Along with the reform and development since the rapid economic and social development and improve people's living standards,China's city construction to further accelerate the process,the city continues to expand the scale of road traffic infrastructure and people's travel conditions have been continuously improved.In this process,the electric car as the basic means of transport,because of its reasonable price,convenient operation,low barriers to entry,after more than and 10 years of development has been into the common people.However,with the rapid development of electric vehicles has also led to a series of management problems,especially in the electric vehicle industry,internal management confusion,electric vehicles,electric vehicles exceed the standard rampant illegal behavior everywhere,and directly or indirectly led to the current road traffic accident prone high incidence,the objective of the government social management,promote the process of city development cause to a certain extent.In this paper,the development of the electric car industry as the research background,in the city of Songyang County of Zhejiang Province in the process of the model,a preliminary analysis of the development and research status of foreign electric vehicles,electric vehicle in China,the development background and the related standard,relates to the electric vehicle industry laws and regulations.On this basis,the data collection,field observation and data analysis of combining research methods,from the use of electric vehicles,the electric car industry development,the government of the electric vehicle industry management status cut,in-depth study of the incidence,management confusion cases around the electric car and electric vehicles triggered by the road traffic accident case comprehensively and system.By attribution inquiry and big data analysis found that the lack of industry standards,management control,relevant laws and regulations lag behind,road traffic infrastructure construction is not perfect,and the generally low quality of individual electric car drivers,is caused by the reason that the current chaotic situation of electric vehicle management.Based on the research above,the article is based on government departments to strengthen the road traffic management perspective to carry out countermeasures analysis,put forward the four aspects of the improvement of legislation,strengthen the industry standard sectoral collaboration linkage and accelerate road construction,strengthening propaganda and education and so as to strengthen the electric vehiclecontrol essay direction,combined with the current level of practice and social development in the direction,management measures,linkage mode,mechanism,education mode,are put forward feasible measures and direction.The article also hope that by studying the theory and the reality,efforts to solve outstanding problems restricting the vehicle traffic order,for the government to further strengthen the road traffic management,especially to provide some valuable reference materials for electric vehicle traffic management.
