Therefore, in order to improve the government decision, which we should do, promote theindustry of electronic bicycles; reinforcing the research of electronic bicycles managements is moresignificant.This thesis objectively discusses the development of electronic bicycles industry and analysis thesecurity of using these products. Because of electric bicycle quality problem, which lead to drivingover speed and out of control situations; in order to more convenient, the users with thin safetyconsciousness violate the traffic regulations, affect traffic order; the imperfect of related laws andregulations, which did not commit the provisions of part of the traffic accident in accordance with theabove, led to the electric bicycle accident number rising. The thesis summed up the new and the oldtraffic laws about the relevant provisions of the electric bicycle management. In1999, theimplementation of the electric bicycle by the standard national electric, the bicycle top speed shouldbe no more than20kilometers; weight should be no more than40kg. By the end of2009nationalstandardization management committee on the introduction of the new regulations will take more than40kg per hour,20km above the electric bicycle delimit motor vehicle. Moreover, many cities restrictor prohibit on the electric bicycle, the future of the electric bicycle is alarming, if there are noeffective management methods and perfect legal laws.This thesis will be the management and legal knowledge to the combined electric bicycle trafficmanagement, objective analysis the existing problems in the form of electric bicycle management.If want to make the electric bicycle healthy development, must be clear about the electric bicyclemarket access system, improve electric bicycle relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the electricbicycle the safety of the user consciousness, etc. Electric bicycle play an important function as abeneficial traffic tools to People’s Daily life.
