According to Law of the PRC on Officers in Active Service,officers for each promotion should be trained in the appropriate institutions or other training institutions.Corresponding to this request,the public security frontier forces has always attached great importance to cadre training.Most of trainees are from the frontier detachment,frontier inspection station or other front-line law enforcement units.As a certain leadership position,in charge of one or several business work,the trainees are more mature,more experienced,more responsible for the work.In recent years,the public security frontier forces intensify the training of cadre training,in the curriculum,teaching staff,teaching methods,assessment mode and the daily management of several adjustments.However,with the gradual increase of the security and stability of the coastal border areas,higher and higher demands are proposed for training.However,the impact of the training work is always faced with the contradiction between reality and demands,such as no accurate pinpoint,inflexible teaching methods and the old teaching content.Due to the limitation of the command system,the cadre training of the public security frontier forces is highly planned and instructive.Although there is a certain level of training needs,the lack of objective analysis and scientific application has resulted in the training demand and the training plan.There are few studies based on the analysis of training needs in military training.However,over the past years,the training of military is more and more open and practical.This also gives a deep inspiration to the training of the public security frontier forces.It must start from the analysis of the training needs,and combine the objective of the future development of the forces with the needs of the post of the cadres in order to play the best performance of the training.In this paper,through the information collection and data analysis training the evaluation of the training demand obtained four basic conclusions,namely,strong desire to participate in training,focus on capacity-building,interactive teaching,outstanding teaching resources.Combined with the theory of training demand analysis and the actual needs of the cadres of the public security frontier forces,this paper puts forward the countermeasure,including improving the mechanism of training,taking a wide variety of teaching methods,strengthening the daily management of training,so as to build a new pattern of personnel training.However,there are different demands for the training of cadres,and it is also a long-term process for the training of personnel.I hope that through this article,we can further strengthen the training work,and we can cultivate more excellent talents.
