Research On The Construction And Optimization Of The Quality And Effectiveness Evaluation Model For The Training Of Grassroots Cadre

Performance assesssment evaluation of cadre training is an important way to test the effectiveness of education and training,but also a difficulty in cadre education and training.At present,there are some problems in the evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of cadre training,such as incomplete evaluation subjects,incomplete evaluation system,and falsification of evaluation results.Especially in grass-roots practice,this work has not attracted enough attention,and there is no uniform standard on how to implement the evaluation process and how to use the evaluation results.Therefore,it is of great significance to conduct in-depth and systematic research on the quality and effectiveness evaluation of cadre training.Firstly,this paper gives an overview of the concept,connotation and theoretical basis of training and evaluation of cadres.On this basis,combining with practice,this paper studies and analyses the classical evaluation training;secondly,taking the cadre training situation in Gaochun District of Nanjing City as a sample,it analyses and studies the problems existing in the current quality and effectiveness evaluation of cadre training led by grass-roots government from the aspects of theoretical guidance and complexity;thirdly,on the basis of research and comparison,it establishes a model based on foreign classical models.The application model of quality and effectiveness evaluation of grass-roots cadre training suitable for Gaochun District is built.The index system and work flow of the application model are designed.The matching optimization strategies are put forward from three aspects:internal environment,external environment and organization and management.
