The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference is the main part of the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.Nowadays,the CPC Central Committee,and the CPPCC National Committee pay a high degree of attention to the ability increasing construction of representatives.How to perform their duties more responsibly and play a leading role in the work of the CPPCC is the main issue of the CPPCC,representatives in sectors of the people,and an important task placed in front of the CPPCC at all levels.This paper is based on the Tangshan City Political Consultative Conference,Using ”finding problem-analyzing problem-solving problem "as the main idea,Using the theory of human resource development,learning theory and Kirk Patrick Model as the fundamental theories,deeply analyzing the education background and intension of involving further education of the CPPCC members of eleventh session of Tangshan City as the sample and the object of study,in order to find the current lack of Tangshan City CPPCC members training system,and aiming at the CPPCC members in the training process,explore the CPPCC undertakes in the member training role and made a series of measures considering the training plan,training implementation,Training effectiveness evaluation and training support and a series of measures,summed up a for the actual work of the CPPCC Tangshan City CPPCC training system.
