The Communist Party Of China Comprehensively Promotes The Rule Of Law

As the common pursuit of human beings, the rule of law is one researching field in Marxist basic principles. During the proletarian revolution, Marx and Engels pointed out that the law is a kind of political superstructure based on the economic foundation and presented abundant elaborations on related problems of law, which formed Marxist law theories. After that, Lenin exerted Marxist law theories in national governance for the first time, which came into being of one ideology named " governing the country according to law" by Lenin.According to arduous explorations of several generations' Chinese Communists about the legal construction, the leadership of CPC central committee with comrade Xi jinping as general secretary puts forward the strategy of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, which marks our Chinese rule of law is stepping to a new era where the governing party is making a profound change in the way of governing.Advancing the rule of law comprehensively is not only an issue referring to politics, but also the technical matter.The wide scope of this task determines the onerous and long-term process in governing the country on the basis of law.The Chinese communist party is the party in power, who plays a role in advancing the rule of law comprehensively as its proposer, planner and practitioner. Because the relationship between ruling party and organs of state power is the core problem and the key to the legal construction, in consequence, how the ruling party governing our country and how to supervise its power are the unavoidable problems in the course of promoting the rule of law.Based on the perspective of the communist party of China, this paper combined with the Marxist basic principles to analyze obstacles and the causing reasons in Chinese communist party's process of advancing the rule of law, so as to found out the method and the path to solve related problems.
