Research On Legal Publicity Education In The Progress Of Comprehensively Advancing Rule Of Law

The Party Central Committee attaches great importance to the work of the legal publicity and educationin since 18 th CPC National Congress,overall the francoprussian has become a mainstay of the overall rule of law,which have analyzed the shortcomings of the legal publicity and education from the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,the new normal of economic development and the Internet age,at the same time,new tasks and new requirements are proposed for the publicity of education in the new period.At present,legal publicity and education is still far from the goal of the rule of law.How to strengthen education of promoting law to increase the effect of promoting education of law is very important.This study combined with the historical background and reality of the comprehensive thought of governing the country by law,in response to the various challenges in the process of publicity and education of the rule of law.It is summarized mainly divided into four parts to summary: Firstly,starting from the background of formation of the overall rule of law,this paper discusses the theoretical basis of legal publicity education in the progress of comprehensively advancing rule of law and the feature.Secondly,under the present situation of publicity and education by the rule of law,explained the importance of legal publicity education in the progress of comprehensively advancing rule of law and the requirement of communication detaily.Thirdly,from the government level,the medium level and the individual level to analyse the reasons of the challenge in the process of legal publicity education.Fourthly,to direct the challenge of legal publicity education,proposing coping strategies in several aspects,such like strengthening the organic cohesion in the process of rule of law practice,realization the functional complementation between social guidance and rule of law practice,motivate the endogenous impetus of public participation in the rule of law practice and to establish a dynamic balance system on the rule of law order and freedom value.Nowadays,with the rapid development of science and technology,and the deepening impact of globalization,especially in the context of international political agitation and the rise of various domestic ideologies,carrying out this research canenhance our ability to interpret the ideology reflected in the education process.Under the premise of upholding the party's policy,with the help of the positive influence of new media under the internet,through the intervention of reasonable control measures,it is of practical significance to avoid all kinds of legal public opinion transmission risks and to ensure the security of ideology.
