Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Party Members And Cadres Of Modern Distance Education In Rural Areasof Hubei Province

In basic of present situation and new tasks and combined with the tradition of ideological and political education practices,Party members and cadres of modern distance education in rural areas is an important way which uses the Internet,modern medium,radio,television and so on to carry out the ideological and political education,science and technology and cultural education among the cadres in rural area.In speak of consolidating and developing the achievement of our developed education and focusing on strengthen the basement construction of our party,it presented that we should carry out modern distance education of rural Party members in order to consolidate our basic institution of our party.Although the career of party members and cadres of modern distance education in rural areas has been a considerable part of people's attention and their great research,compared with great achievements that the other areas achieved in China,Hubei province still need further research and practices of party members and cadres of modern distance education in rural areas.This paper tries to study and learn from the other province's achievements in this field and combine with the effective social investigation of representative areas in Hubei province,conclude and tease the achievements and existent problems of Hubei province has in party members and cadres of modern distance education in rural areas.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which describes the background and significance of this paper on the basis of current research situation of party members and cadres' distance education.The second part discusses the characteristics and significance of modern distance education of party's members and cadres in rural areas.Through the analysis of the relationship between modern distance education of party's members and cadres in rural areas,this chapter reveals the important value of the distance education.The third part is about the analysis of the current situation of Hubei province's modern distance education of party's members and cadres in rural areas.On the basis of the social investigation,it concludes the current situation the development of Hubei province's modern distance education of party members and cadres in rural areas.The fourth part is about the problem that Hubei has and analyzing reasons of those problems.The fifth part is about the development strategy of modern distance education of party's members and cadres in rural areas.I hope this research can be used to improve or used for reference of the party's member and cadres of modern distance education and ideological and political education in rural areas.
