At present, with the progress of the strategy of One Belt And One Road, given a new vitality and broad prospects in the region along the Silk Road, each zone is more steady growth in regional economic development. Qujiang New District as the country's first national cultural industry demonstration zone, but also to seize the new opportunities of the silk road economic belt.Opportunity with challenge, the comprehensive development of development zone, various problems also ensue, talents are the most prominent problem. How to use good talent, improve efficiency, effectively arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, it requires us to establish a set of practical incentive mechanism.Study development zone compensation incentive mechanism, strengthen government human resource development, improve human resource management and talent introduction work of the government agencies; conducive to the development zone management system innovation and scientific management methods, means, enrichment, improve administrative efficiency; while improving resource utilization efficiency, reduce administrative costs, optimize the allocation of resources has practical significance to the development zone of the administrative work, service mechanization and inefficient technology instructive.In this paper, by analyzing the present situation of salary incentive of the management committee of development zone, using the method of interview and questionnaire, the Qujiang New District Administrative Committee expatriate bodies protect the Darning Palace renovation office staff as the research object, the analysis demonstrates the existence of salary incentives Zone incentive target is not clear, the structure is irrational, do not place assessment, incentives and other single issue. In order to fully arouse the work enthusiasm of staff, and enhance the cohesion of staff, improve quality of service and human resource management efficiency, so as to provide a more favorable environment for development zones.
