Since the Student Village work was officially launched in 2008, the state, society is quite concerned, academics put a lot of energy in researching. The results of the policy in recent years has made gratifying, all walks of life for all to see,However, due to lack of mechanism design and implementation process inherent in the practical constraints, led to the current Student Village team is not stable enough,It's unable to fully play their HR effectiveness.In order to ensure Student Village sustainable development and long-term mechanism, the formation of "have to go under, to be maintained, well done, the flow move out," the virtuous cycle of public human resources is imminent imperative to study and solve.It has theoretical and practical significance to study and solve the problem of shortage and liquidity management in the Student Village.Therefore, the author uses the historical analysis and comparative analysis examines the historical shift from Student Village policy and liquidity management system to clear the scope of the study.Use the materialist dialectics in examining the phenomenon of movement, change and development issues in perspective view, a comprehensive literature research to summarize the status of Management of University Students Village flow field. And try to analyze Student Village Property Characteristics in the perspective of Human Capital.By 2009 session M County, F actual cases,use the theory with practice, normative analysis, empirical analysis and case analysis to study the problems and causes of Student Village liquidity management. Thus,Put forward specific measures to strengthen the Student Village liquidity management science, improve resource allocation efficiency of Student Village policy, further attract young people to join the wave of new socialist countryside construction in the past.
