When the animal disease develop public crisis, it's important, the urgency, uncertainty, social harm normal environment, people will get used huge impact. Animal disease public crisis on the public not only produces significant material impact of production and life, but also bring people's psychological crisis, cause people anxiety and psychological stress psychological state of mind. After major animal epidemic public crisis, due to the different characteristics of urban and rural residents and the received information asymmetry, resulting in urban and rural residents that is consumer attitudes to risk perceptions differ, the main purpose of this paper is to study this residents of urban and rural consumers and lead to species differences in animal disease crisis winds public perception difference dimension, and then further to find out from the comparison of the differences in terms of factors why this difference.The research method First, cluster analysis method comparative analysis of urban and rural residents perceived risk dimensions difference draw urban and rural residents in animal disease public crisis, six categories of risk perception dimension hierarchies quite different conclusions; the second is the public perception based on animal epidemic crisis in urban and rural residents in the risk factors on data, using regression coefficients as a direct impact data, then the use of DEMATEL method to calculate the center of various factors, because of the degree of influence and the the degree of influence in the perception of the risk factors of urban and rural residents compared with the analysis to draw relevant conclusions.Finally, we draw the risk of cognitive dimension of urban and rural residents on the difference level, five key indicators determine the extent of risk perception of urban and rural residents, urban and rural centers of population risk perception factors and is related to the degree of influence, urban and rural residents affect risk perception factors affect the relationship between the different conclusions of the study, the government hopes to make specific policy recommendations in similar incidents in public health to help.
