Research On Social Synergetic Goverance Under The Guidance Of Local Government

Synergetic governance thought has gradually developed into a worldwide international phenomenon which was created in the early 1990 s.Under the background of complex public affairs and increasingly civil society,The government relies on its innovative thinking and executive force,tries to break through the confine of government management of unipolar society,wanted to transform basic idea,methods thinking etc overall economy to a different stage.In practical terms,it is essential that how dose the government integrates each main body to realize synergy effects.Taking Jinjiang District of Guangzhou as an example,defining concept of social governance,in-depth analysis of local government leading the real needs of the social governance,the local government and the masses synergy theory,the relationship of individuals and non-profit organizations and the path are discussed in this paper.This paper studied the further development situation and possible development trends of synergetic governance under the guidance of local government,puting forward six aspects of countermeasure,trying to extract feasible path and fix main problem,thus to provide some lessons for the design of related public policies.The study found that modern social governance has been the foundation for state governance.In profound changes in social structure,profound adjustment in interests pattern,comprehensive upgrade in people's appeal,growing complexity of social ecology,it is essential that the relations of interest in different classes should be properly handled,which would be beneficial to solve problems and used to good effect.This paper presented the specific strategy of synergetic governance under the guidance of local government.Not only sum up experiences from Jinjiang,but also improve the capacity of social governance.This paper plays a guiding role for synergetic governance in similar areas in China,also has certain reference value.This text is divided into five chapters,the first chapter puts forward the research background,the significance of research papers and research at home and abroad;In the second chapter,define the key concepts,refer theories of concluding and carding;The third chapter analyzes the current situation of synergetic governance under the guidance of local government in Chinese;The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and causes existing in synergetic governance under the guidance of Jinjiang District,put forward the demand of the balanced relationship between five aspects.Six aspects of countermeasure is put forward in sixth chapter.Detailed analyses are given in the relevant chapters.
