Analysis On The Improvement Of Medical Dispute Mediation Policy In China

Where there is a medical behavior,there may be medical disputes,medical disputes are the objective state of the world can not be avoided.The conflict between doctors and patients is a by-product of medical reform and a comprehensive product of social negative factors.In recent years,with the social transformation and economic transition,the gradual advancement of the process of medical market,the Doctor-patient Conflict in the country generally high incidence,and intensified the trend of development.The mass incidents and violent cases caused by the disputes between doctors and patients.In contemporary Chinese,becoming a public hospital to vent their dissatisfaction with the direct object,"medical" rise and form a kind of occupation,and the hospital has become the mainstream of social consciousness a profitable.The conflicts has seriously violated the legitimate rights and interests of medical personnel,destruction of the normal hospital treatment order,wasting a lot of medical resources,but also against the vital interests of the public,the final result is the transmission conflict between doctors and patients.The conflict between doctors and patients has become a serious social problem.Reflect the reality,the doctor-patient mediation policy problems can not be ignored.The research on the mediation policy of medical disputes is a subject of great theoretical value and practical value in the field of medical dispute mediation.This thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter,through the induction of medical dispute mediation in China policy documents and documents,specific issues,the purpose and significance of the study,reviewed the status quo,and expounds the research ideas and methods.The second chapter defines and summarizes the core concepts and theories related to this research.The third chapter is about the standard construction of the content analysis of the medical dispute mediation policy.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the mediation policy of medical disputes inour country.The fifth chapter,aiming at the problems,puts forward some suggestions to improve the medical dispute mediation policy.
