In the river of China's five thousand years of history,the "county" as China's most in-depth understanding of the administrative areas of the people had been on the stage since the Spring and Autumn Periods.Our county-level government is playing an indispensable role in the process of government crisis management.Despite the continuous progress of society,we continue to make significant achievements in the management approach,but the county-level government,in the crisis of public relations management,whether it in the theory or practice are both not in mature and perfect level.When the sudden crisis occurred,the county-level government as the first barrier,the level of its management capacity in the process of dealing with all the steps are inextricably linked.With the growing development of science and technology,the advent of large data age,new media came into being as well.Its rapid development provide convenient conditions for public relations in the government crisis,but also brought new challenges.Especially when it comes to the county-level government,compared to the city's development,the use of new media and control seems particularly important.This requires the county-level government departments to continuously improve their awareness of the new media and the use of effective in the new media environment.Therefore,this article to the new media with environment background,is trying focusing on the county-level government crisis public relations countermeasures research.This paper mainly includes five parts: The first part is the introduction of the article,mainly introduces the research background,the significance of the study and the domestic and foreign scholars on the new media environment under the view of county government crisis public relations research a general summary.The second part is the elaboration of relevant theories,including the characteristics of crisis public relations and government crisis public relations,the basic principles of crisis public relations,the characteristics of new media,the impact of new media on the county government crisis public relations.The third part is the status,the existing problemsand the reasons of the county-level government crisis public relations in the view of the new media environment.The fourth part is the experience of county government crisis public relations from the perspective of foreign media environment.Through the analysis of foreign response to such incidents,fully learn from lessons learned.The fifth part is the countermeasure of county government crisis public relations from the perspective of new media environment.The innovation of this paper is embodied in three aspects.One is more novel research perspective.This paper mainly studies the opportunities and challenges brought by the new media such as WeChat,Microblogging and forums to the county-level government crisis crisis.Second,the more unique research content.This paper chooses some typical cases of new media design in recent years,taking the case as an example to further study and demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of the county government crisis public relations in the view of new media,so that the content of the article is full and full and persuasive.Third,the more comprehensive use of the theory.This paper makes use of the theories of public relations,management,communication and other disciplines to study and elaborate the countermeasures of county government crisis in the view of new media,so that the countermeasures are more effective and the content is richer.
