Research On The Network Youth Self-organization Management Problems In Laizhou City

Youth self-organization is a collection of youth groups,which reflects ideological trends,hobbies,behavior patterns of young people.With the rise and development of the Internet,network and youth self-organization begin to combine closely,relying on the website and WeChat,micro-blog,QQ and other new media platforms,youth self-organization has emerged in the new organizational forms and activity patterns online,however,due to the hidden nature of the network,it also has increased the difficulty of the government's management.The Fifteenth National Congress of the Communist Youth League of China put "Actively assist the government in the management of Youth Affairs" into the Communist Youth League Constitution General Provisions.The Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Youth League of China passed the Communist Youth League Constitution amendment,specified again that "The Communist Youth League of China gives full play to the role of bridge and link between the party and the youth,actively assists the government in the management of Youth Affairs",and it remains in use.As the connection point between the Communist Youth League and the government,assisting the management of youth affairs is an important function of the social management innovation of the Communist Youth League.Promoting the healthy development of network Youth Self-organization is an important part of youth affairs in the new period,also an important measure to further deepen the reform of the Communist Youth League and effectively serve the youth.To strengthen the research and management of network youth self-organization is conducive to promoting the healthy development of network youth self-organization,strengthening the attraction and cohesion of the Communist Youth League,building a bridge between the government and young Internet users groups,and strengthening the construction of service oriented government.Under this background,this paper studies the Network Youth Self-organization management deeply to find and analyze the existing problems,taking Laizhou city of Shandong Provincefor example.Combined with the theory of public management,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,in order to play the role of non-governmental organizations to participate in social management and public services better.As an organization to organize,lead and serve the young people,the Communist Youth League has a natural advantage in managing the Network Youth Self-Organization.However,in the actual management process,it still faces problems such as the low degree of recognition of the Communist Youth League,the difficulty of management,the management risk and so on.It is necessary to optimize the development environment,strengthen internal management,enhance the management level of the Communist Youth League,give full play to the role of social supervision,and restraint system,to assist the Network Youth Self-Organization do a good job in human resources management,financial management and project management.At the same time,the Communist Youth League should establish and improve the interactive mechanism of training,motivation,participation,and so on,to realize the effective connection between the work of the Communist Youth League and the Network Youth Self-Organization.
