The true philosophy is the essence of the spirit of the times.Because it is the summary of the spirit of the age and sublimation,it is the premise of social change.Marx's philosophy as a scientific,practical,revolutionary theory,is the grasp of the pulse of the times of Marx.Civil society,as a logical clue that runs through Marx's early thought,is a key to correctly grasp the pulse of Marx.In this paper,we attempts to comb the history of civil society,and finally settle down in the German Ideology:Feuerbach.Further analysis of Marx's criticism of civil society thought,so as to expand the pedigree analysis of Marx's civil society thought.Through the grasp of Marx's civil society thought context,further understanding of the Marx thought the child is father of the man.The reason why Marx noticed the concept of civil society,is due to the beginning of the opinions on the interests of the material needs.In "criticism on Hegel's legal philosophy",Marx on Hegel's legal philosophy,this paper on the criticism.But then,Marx found:the anatomy of civil society should be looking for from the political economy.Therefore,in the "economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844",began to turn the direction of political and economic philosophy,to explore the alienation of people in civil society.The "German Ideology",Marx is considered as the historical materialism marked the formation of the theory of historical materialism,is about a more complete system is discussed,in this process of mature,the theory of civil society is particularly important.It is on the basis of political economy that Marx criticizes capitalist class,thus establishing his theory of historical materialism.In the process of criticizing capitalist society,it reveals the historical mission of the proletariat.Based on the criticism of Marx's civil society,we can sum up the significance of Marx's civil society thought from the "German Ideology".First,he regards civil society as the economic foundation.Secondly,in his view,the civil society is a system,is a division of labor through the formation of a wide range of communication system.Third,in Marx's view,not only in the civil society there is a positive factor,but there is no qualitative factors.Finally,under the capitalist mode of production,civil society and bourgeois society.The civil society is the external manifestation of the society,and the bourgeois society is the intrinsic nature of the society.
